Account Cancellations

Please read the following instructions carefully.

Per our Terms and Conditions: No termination notices may be sent by email and any such attempted notices shall be null and void.

If you are the Primary account holder and your account is not currently locked, then you can request account closure online at
Log in, then click My Account then Account Information.
Click the link called Request Account Cancellation.

If your account is locked or if you would prefer to chat with a representative to close your account, then please chat with us by clicking the Chat Now button on the login page or in the Help section of your CommuniKate website at or go here.

Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9am to 9pm Central time, excluding holidays. You do not need to be logged in to chat with us. You can mail your request to CommuniKate Customer Care. PO Box 1439, Deerfield, IL 60015.

You may also fax your request to 1(877) 248-9279.
The letter or fax must include:
CommuniKate telephone number.
Request to close account.
Name of account owner(printed legibly).
Signature of account owner. 

Your account can be scheduled to cancel on the next subscription fee date but only after your online, chat, mailed letter or faxed request is received.
