Our engineers are working diligently to restore full functionality and we are almost there!

Email is now available online. You should also be able to access your email via mobile devices and mail clients. Sending and receiving mail will be slow while our servers work to catch up the queue of mail.

The mobile app is fully functional. If you are not getting new message notifications, log out of the app and then log back in.

 Billing is down at this time. However, signups and secondary account creation are up.

 We very much appreciate your patience and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or frustration you may be experiencing.


If you cannot send email, then you may have a setting that is incorrect.
Instructions for which settings to check/change in your mail client are available on this page.
Click Support at the top right of this page.
Enter your mail program into the Search bar or click More under Support Topics.
Once you have found your email program, scroll to the bottom of the page, after the new set up instructions, and you will find the settings to check.
